We were walking along the beach and saw a large group of baby turtles emerging from the sand and making their way to the water's edge.
I couldn't bear to see them getting pick off by goanna and birds, so we walked with them along the beach until they made it safely into the water. You can see the trails that they leave in the sand depicted in the artworks. This is the same place we have seen leatherback turtles lay their eggs.
