In honour of founding member Silas Hobson, who recently passed away, we celebrate his legacy alongside the remarkable work of his peers - Rosella Namok, Fiona Omeenyo, Samantha Hobson, and Irene Namok. Their artworks blend tradition with modern innovation, exploring the cultural richness of Sandbeach Country and the environment of Far North Queensland. From Fiona's symbolic Quinken figures to Samantha's vibrant depictions of natural forces, this exhibition reflects the ongoing evolution of Lockhart River's artistic voice.
